This family run estate agents who sell and let properties is situated in the middle of Henfield High Street. It is open Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm and Saturdays 9am – 2pm. In 2025 they were a British Property Awards Gold Winner for Customer Service in the Henfield area.
Parking – There are 3 parking places outside the office in the High Street.
The Library council car park is 75 metres from the office on the same side of the road with 3 disabled parking spaces.
Coopers Way council car park is situated across the road from the office and has 4 disabled parking spaces with dropped kerbs/slopes.
Mobility scooters are often parked outside the office.
Entrance in High St – There is a purpose-built ramp with a handrail with a 90 degree angle to the door. There is an option of 2 steps to the door. Staff are very willing to open the door when alerted if needed. A wheelchair or small mobility scooter could get in the office, the door being 80cm wide.
Inside the office – There is generous amount of space inside to move to meet with staff. There are several seats with arms to sit down at a desk. There are 4 x 9cm steps with handrails to an upper floor, but the 2 two staff members working in that area, can come down to the lower area to speak to customers.
Toilet - There is no toilet in the office. There are public toilets in the High St 75metres from the office, with separate female and male toilets and an accessible disabled unisex toilet accessed using a radar key.
