This independent estate agents has bases in Brighton, Hove and Henfield. They sell, let and manage properties in the local area giving a tailor-made service for each individual property.
They are open Monday to Friday 9 – 6 and Saturdays 9 – 2. But the office may be closed if staff are visiting a client.
Parking - Coopers Way council car park is situated on the same side of the road from the office and has 90 spaces and 4 disabled parking spaces.
The Library council car park is across the road from the office with 81 parking places including 3 disabled parking spaces.
Mobility scooters can be parked outside the office or there is covered parking at the end of Caudle Street or scooters can be brought into the office.
Entrance - The office entrance door can be pushed open and then held with a wedge if needed. The width of the door is 33” ( 84cm). Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are welcome in the office.
Inside the Office – There is lots of space to move around. There are easy chairs to sit down and space for wheelchairs or mobility scooters. Dogs also welcome.
The lighting is good and is usually reasonably quiet. They are aware of disabled customer’s needs and ask clients how they would like to be corresponded with.
Toilets – There is a small toilet with a door width of 31” (80cm) with no handrails.
If this is not suitable then customers would be directed to the public toilets in the high street, where there are separate male and female toilets and a unisex accessible disabled toilet which can be accessed with a radar key. A radar key can be borrowed from the office.
