AbiliTea Place


AbiliTea is situated at the north end of Henfield High Street.  It offers ‘Conductive Education’ to help people with neurological conditions (eg cerebral palsy, spina bifida, MS, Parkinsons, Stroke & head/spinal injury) overcome their challenges, whether physical, communication, self-care or social and to reach their highest potential.  This can be individually or in groups sessions.  Workshops are also offered.


The cafe offers natural foods and drinks: homemade cakes, tea and coffee specialities, toasties, sandwiches and child friendly snacks.  It is open on Wednesdays 9-1, Fridays 3-6 and Saturdays 9-4.  Dogs are welcome.
