Parking - Coopers Way council car park and the Library council car park are situated off the High Street, and have disabled parking spaces with dropped kerbs/slopes. There is also some parking on the high street. There is undercover mobility scooter at the end of Caudle St nearby.
Front Entrance - The salon entrance door has 3 x 18cm / 7” steps from the high street, with handrails both sides. The door is 99cm wide.
Back Entrance - to the salon which is easier for those with mobility issues. It has a step up which is 14.5cm / 5.5” then a threshold of 37cm /14.5” and a drop down of 11cm / 4”, and staff give assistance. The door is 78cm wide.
Inside the Salon – There is a large space to walk around in the salon, with comfortable seats, and mirrors to help those who are hard of hearing. They have evening appointments for those who like a quiet salon.
Toilets – There is a small unisex toilet with no handrails in the salon. The door access width is 55cm.
The public toilets near the bus stop have an accessible disabled toilet, opened with a radar key.
