This nail bar is in the high street opposite Sainsbury’s. They offer manicures and pedicures for both men and women. They offer nail extensions and many other treatments and have a large selection of nail varnishes.
They are open Monday to Saturday 9.30 – 6.30.
Parking – There is some free on-street parking in the high street
Coopers Way council car park is situated across the road from the shop and has 90 spaces and 6 disabled parking spaces.
The Library council car park is 100 metres from the shop on the same side of the road with 81 parking places including 4 disabled parking spaces.
Mobility scooters are often parked outside the shop or there is covered parking at the end of Caudle Street.
Entrance - The shop entrance glass door is quite heavy but can be pushed open. There is a flat entrance into the salon, but then a 2cm (1”) lip inside. The width of each double door is approx 68cm (27”). If a wheelchair or mobility scooter user wanted to enter, then staff are very willing to help, and could open both doors to allow entry.
Inside the Shop – There is lots of space to move around and is all on one level. There are several chairs to sit on and space for wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
The lighting is good and it is usually reasonably quiet. They are aware of disabled customer’s needs and ask clients how they would like to be contacted. They also ensure disabled people have a representative with them when visiting at home.
Toilets – Customers are directed to the public toilets in the high street, where there are separate male and female toilets and a unisex accessible disabled toilet which can be accessed with a radar key.
