This is one of a chain of shops based in Brighton, Portslade, Lewes, Burgess Hill and Henfield.

The shop repairs mobile phones, iPads, tablets, laptops, MacBook’s, computers, game consoles and apple watches. Most of the repairs are completed within 30 mins. They have a free pick up and drop off service.

They sell new, pre-owned and refurbished phones, and stock a large number or accessories for these items.

They are open Monday – Wednesday 8.30 – 5.30,Thursday and Saturday 9 – 5.30 and Fridays 8.30 – 4.30.

Parking - Coopers Way council car park is situated on the same side of the road from the shop and has 90 spaces and 6 disabled parking spaces. The Library council car park is across the road from the shop with 81 parking places including 4 disabled parking spaces.

Mobility scooters can be parked outside the shop or there is covered parking at the end of Caudle Street.

Entrance - The shop entrance door is 70cm (27.52”) wide, opens inwards and stays open. There is a 11cm (4”) step into the shop. If a customer is unable to get into the shop they can knock on the window and be served outside.

Inside the shop – This is a small shop with a counter and phones and accessories round the walls. The shop dimensions are 380 x 290cm (12’9” x 9.6”) which includes the counter. The lighting in the shop is good from ceiling spotlights and lighting through the windows. It is usually quiet with no background music. They have had training and so are aware of disabled customer’s needs and are willing to help.

Toilets – There is no toilet in the shop so customers would be directed to the public toilets in the high street, where there are separate male and female toilets and a unisex accessible disabled toilet which can be accessed with a radar key.
