Here are some simple things to keep in mind...
Please try not to park on pavements, especially dropped kerbs.
Please try to take your bin off the pavement as soon as possible, maybe also your neighbours bin as well.
Please keep your hedges/plants/over-hanging trees off the pavements (legal requirement, see below for more info)
West Sussex County Council as the Highway Authority, has to make sure that roads and pavements in Henfield are properly maintained and safe for everyone to use.

You are often asked to submit a photograph.
There is a legal requirement to keep pavements clear of vegetation, and this is generally the responsibility of the landowner. Ideally, hedges, etc, should be cut during the autumn or winter, out of bird nesting season.

Subscribe to updates about existing reports by viewing them on the report form map, selecting the pin for the report and submitting your email address.
