Parking - Coopers Way car park and the Library car park are situated off the High Street, and have disabled parking spaces with dropped kerbs. There is also parking on the high street outside the café.
Entrance - There is a 10cm step into the café. If you can’t reach the door handle just knock on the window and staff or customers will open the door for you. They have a ramp which they are happy to put down to help you into the café.
Inside the Café – They have regular customers who are disabled and are happy to move chairs to accommodate wheelchair users, and store walking aids. They also have different types of chairs to offer. Alternatively there are 2 tables with chairs outside the café on the pavement for customers to use.
Toilets – There is one unisex toilet for all customers to use. It is off a short corridor and clearly signed on the door. Dimensions are 2m x 2m. It has an automatic light, handrails, a lever disabled toilet door lock, 2 sinks with towels and a baby changing unit
Help Available – staff are always within the café and happy to help.
