This is the main Pet Shop in the area, selling a wide range food and equipment for cats, dogs, horses, fish, small animals, etc, at reasonable prices. It is a family run shop which it very friendly, and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Dogs are welcome and often given treats. Staff are happy to carry purchases to a customer’s vehicle. The shop is situated in Coopers Way, off Henfield High Street. It is open 6 days a week 9am – 5pm.
Parking – There are 4 parking places just outside the shop.
Coopers Way council car park is situated very close to the shop and has 4 disabled parking spaces with dropped kerbs/slopes.
The Library council car park is across the High Street from the shop with 3 disabled parking spaces.
Mobility scooters are often parked outside the shop.
Entrance to the Shop – There is gentle paved ramp up to the doors with handrails. The double doors are always left open. Wheelchairs and mobility scooters can come into the shop.
Inside the shop – There is a is counter on the left as you go in, with staff who are very happy to help. There are 3 long aisles and another room opposite the counter.
Toilet - There is a small toilet for emergencies.
There are public toilets in the High Street, with separate female and male toilets, and an accessible disabled unisex toilet accessed using a radar key.
